A founder deeply shaped by nature and the simple act of feeding others.

For more than twenty-five years, she has created every Karine & Jeff recipe herself, slowly, by instinct, always guided by the belief that food should be honest, grounded and deeply human.

Long before the jars, cooking was simply her way of caring for the people she loves.

Her kitchen was never meant to impress.

It was a place to live in:

children growing up, vegetables simmering gently, meals shared to the rhythm of everyday life.

Over the years, her travels took her through markets, mountains, deserts and oceans.

But wherever she went, she always came back to the same truth:

Real food does not need to be complicated.

Just made with care.

Today, Karine still creates every recipe herself in the quiet of her kitchen: she tastes, adjusts, refines, letting the ingredients speak for themselves and time do its work.

Alongside Jeff, her husband and lifelong partner, she continues to guide the vision, the cooking and the philosophy of Karine & Jeff.

Three of their seven children now work alongside them, carrying on the family craft.

Karine does not follow trends.

She follows what feels true to her:

nature, simplicity, slow cooking, and the belief that food can bring clarity and comfort to everyday life.
